While we don't charge you for The Outer Circle, it doesn't mean it doesn't cost us money. We have to pay editing costs. We mail (on paper) a copy free to prison inmates, and every registered SAA group or individual who requests it.
If your an SAA member, you can help cover these costs by sending us tax-deductible donations to cover our publication costs. (Sorry but we don't accept contributions of any kind from people who aren't members. This is in keeping with our 7th tradition of being self-supporting.) Mail a check designated for "TOC" and made out to "ISO of SAA, Inc.." Send it to:
