This primarily involves the review, editing, and approval of material to be published by the ISO in any medium. In addition, the Literature Committee tracks the needs of the fellowship for new pieces and reviews previously approved publications to ensure that they are up-to-date and free from errors.

Time Commitment

  • Face-to-face meeting of LitCom for two days in advance of the annual meeting of the ISO Conference (2 days + travel time). [This meeting may be hybrid, allowing members not attending the Conference meeting to participate.]
  • Monthly meetings of subcommittees or work groups (2-4 hours per month). [Day and time are set by each subcommittee or workgroup.]
  • Offline editing and prep for meetings (2-6 hours per month).
  • Informal discussions and special work group assignments (2-4 hours a month).
