In 2026, the ISO Literature Committee approved changes to the first 100 pages of Sex Addicts Anonymous, commonly known as the Green Book.

Before publishing these changes, the fellowship is asked to read and review the comments. After an initial review period, the text will be submitted to the conference for approval.

In addition to the full third edition, which can be read online or purchased at the store, the following sections are available to review:

• The unannotated proposed 4th edition text.
• A summary of changes, processed using AI. This is provided as a guide; the document’s accuracy is not guaranteed.
